Worldmark Big Bear Lake, Big Bear Lake

We had a fantastic time at this mountain resort. The units are clean and spacious, and the amenities, especially the hot tubs, really added to our stay. However, the heater in our unit was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times. Additionally, the dining experience left something to be desired, as we were hoping for better food options during our welcome breakfast.

Our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable. The facilities offered a variety of recreational options, including multiple hot tubs and a cozy grilling area. The staff went above and beyond to provide great service, quickly addressing our requests. On the downside, some of the areas, like the grill space, could use a little tidiness, and the outside windows were somewhat dirty, which slightly affected the overall impression. Despite these minor issues, we had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

Our stay at this resort was truly wonderful, particularly thanks to the spacious accommodations that felt like a home away from home. The family-oriented amenities like the pool and arcade were fantastic for keeping everyone entertained. However, the shower pressure could use some improvement, and we found that only one vehicle per unit was a bit limiting for our group.

This resort provided a delightful stay with spacious and clean rooms, complemented by a well-kept property and numerous recreational facilities. Although the heating system was quite noisy, it didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment. The location was also very convenient, but I found the winding road a bit challenging. Overall, a fantastic getaway despite a few minor setbacks.
